Below is the actual cost structure for our apartments. There are no packages to choose between because every resident receives the same standard of finish, the same amenities, and the same service. The only variable is the size of your apartment and the floor you choose.

Move-In Day
Keys collected from concierge. A welcome guide covers building systems, waste collection, local amenities, and emergency contacts. Your apartment has been professionally cleaned and inspected the day before.

A Note on Why We Don't Offer Packages
The luxury lettings market has adopted a habit from hotels and gyms: packaging services into Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers. The intent is to create perceived value by withholding features from lower tiers and inflating the price of higher ones.
We think that's fundamentally at odds with what a home should be. Your home isn't a subscription service. You shouldn't have to pay more to access a gym in your own building, or to have a concierge who actually answers the phone.
Every resident at Poshaeries receives the same quality of life. The only thing that changes is the size of the space you choose. That's the only decision you need to make.
